Description

A pair of vintage trellis side tables crafted from rattan, each topped with a glass surface, epitomizes mid-20th century design elegance. The rattan showcases a warm, honey-toned patina, enriched by age and gentle use, lending character to the pieces. The trellis design is meticulously executed with a lattice pattern, accented by contrasting bindings that highlight the craftsmanship. This design not only provides visual interest but also structural integrity. The tables feature a secondary tier with slatted rattan, offering additional storage or display space. The glass tops are sleek and clear, perfectly juxtaposing the natural texture of the rattan and providing a practical, easy-to-clean surface. Minor scuffs and subtle wear along the edges testify to their vintage authenticity without compromising their structural soundness or aesthetic appeal. Carefully maintained, the tables remain robust and stable, free from repairs or significant damage. Their dimensions—24.25 inches in width and depth, and 21.25 inches in height—make them versatile additions to various settings, from living rooms to sunlit patios. These tables bear the enchanting warmth and texture of vintage rattan, embodying both functional design and timeless appeal.
