Description
A vintage stacked rattan coffee table, showcasing the classic mid-20th century aesthetic, is presented here with its distinctively warm patina. Crafted entirely from rattan, the table features an innovative design characterized by its layered and rounded form. The structure is visually intriguing, with horizontal rattan slats creating an airy, open framework that offers both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. The top surface is smoothly finished, providing a tactilely pleasing feel that complements its natural, sun-kissed hue. The patina is consistent throughout, with subtle variations in color that speak to its age and authenticity. Minor surface wear and slight discoloration can be observed, typical for vintage rattan, yet these do not detract from the table's overall visual harmony. Structurally, the table remains sound, with no visible breaks or repairs. Its proportions, measuring 30.5 inches in width, 20.25 inches in height, and 19.25 inches in depth, make it versatile for various living spaces. The craftsmanship is evident in the precise joinery and seamless construction, reflecting the era's appreciation for both form and function. This piece offers a charming historical narrative through its well-preserved condition and timeless design.
