Description
A pair of vintage cement dog sculptures, these figures capture the poised elegance of seated canines. Crafted from cement, the sculptures exhibit a refined patina that speaks to their age and outdoor display. The surface shows subtle variations in texture, with minor surface wear that enhances their vintage character, yet no significant chips or structural issues are evident. The dogs are depicted with attentive expressions, characterized by detailed facial features and a gentle curvature in their posture, suggestive of a calm alertness. The sculptures rest on square plinth bases, providing stability and a sense of grounded presence. The coloration is a soft, weathered cream with hints of underlying gray, contributing to their timeless appeal. Each figure features a collar detail, adding a touch of realism and charm. Measuring 27.25 inches in height, they possess a commanding presence suitable for a garden setting or as decorative elements in an indoor space. Overall, the sculptures are well-preserved, displaying minimal signs of wear aside from the expected patina that adds depth and narrative to their form.
