Description

A set of five vintage dining chairs crafted from woven rush and iron, likely dating from the mid-20th century, showcases a harmonious blend of natural and industrial materials. The chairs feature elegantly curved backrests and seats, intricately woven with rattan that displays a warm, golden hue, enhancing the natural texture and visual appeal. The craftsmanship of the woven rush is clear, with each piece tightly bound, ensuring durability and comfort. The black metal frames of these chairs present a sleek, minimalist design, characterized by slender legs that are reinforced with crossbars, enhancing structural integrity. Light surface scuffs on the metal, consistent with age, lend a gentle patina that speaks to their vintage charm without compromising functionality. The subtle sheen of the metal complements the organic richness of the woven seats, creating a striking contrast. With dimensions that provide ample seating space, each chair stands as a testament to the enduring appeal of thoughtful design and quality materials. Overall, the set remains in very good condition, with minimal signs of wear, ready to be appreciated in a variety of settings.
