Description

A vintage console table crafted by Selamat, featuring an elegant combination of rattan and acrylic materials, embodies a sophisticated mid-century aesthetic. The design showcases pencil reed detailing across the shelves, with a warm, honey-toned patina that enhances the natural beauty of the rattan. The two-tiered structure is supported by clear acrylic legs, offering an eye-catching contrast and an illusion of floating surfaces. The acrylic legs exhibit minor scuffs and light surface scratches, indicative of careful use and lending authenticity to its vintage charm. The upper and lower shelves are composed of tightly bound rattan strips, forming a chevron pattern that adds visual interest and texture. The subtle curvature of the side railings provides a graceful outline, marrying form and function seamlessly. Sturdy in construction, this piece remains structurally sound, maintaining its visual appeal and utility. Ideal for refined interiors, the console table's dimensions allow for versatility in placement, from entryways to living areas. The meticulously crafted combination of materials and design details speaks to the quality and craftsmanship typical of Selamat's creations. This console table stands as a testament to the enduring appeal of vintage design, offering both functionality and aesthetic grace.
