Description

A striking pair of vintage table lamps crafted in the form of red coral branches, featuring metal and wood construction. The original painted finish remains vibrant, with a rich red hue that captures the eye. Each lamp stands on a textured base designed to mimic the organic form of coral rock, with the paint application skillfully enhancing the illusion of natural depth and texture. The bases show light surface scuffs and minor wear at the edges, consistent with age and adding character to the pieces. The slender coral branch forms are adorned with delicate offshoots that provide an elegant silhouette. The metal harps and sockets appear well-maintained, offering a polished contrast to the rustic coral effect. The lamps are structurally sound, with no visible repairs or losses, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functional integrity. Standing at 28 inches in height, the lamps present a commanding presence suitable for various interior settings. The bases, measuring 5.5 inches square, provide stability while subtly complementing the vivid red branches. Overall, this pair of lamps offers a unique blend of natural inspiration and vintage charm, making them a distinct addition to any collection.
