Description

A pair of vintage Italian gold-plated floral urn wall sculptures, crafted with a harmonious blend of wood, metal, and gold plating. These urns, standing at 26 inches tall, exude an air of refined baroque elegance, characterized by their ornate detailing and sumptuous materials. The warm gold-plated finish exhibits a rich patina, revealing subtle variations and depth that enhance their antique charm. Each urn showcases meticulously carved wooden bases and bodies, adorned with intricate floral motifs in soft, pastel hues of pink and blue, which gracefully accentuate the gilded surfaces. The metal foliage and blossoms, displaying slight tarnishing consistent with age, add a touch of realism, with their delicate white flowers contrasted by lustrous gold leaves. This interplay of color and texture brings a dynamic quality to the pieces, inviting closer inspection. The sculptures are in very good condition, with minor surface wear and no visible repairs, indicating careful preservation. Their structural integrity remains intact, supported by the robust craftsmanship typical of Italian decorative arts. These wall-mounted urns offer a captivating glimpse into vintage Italian design, embodying both artistry and timeless allure.
