Description

A vintage metal flower frog, circular in form, showcases its practical design with an arrangement of upright pins, ideal for floral arrangements. Crafted from metal, the piece retains its original green paint, which adds a charmingly aged aesthetic. The paint demonstrates age-appropriate wear, with minor chipping and a touch of surface rust that speaks to its history and use, yet these elements enhance rather than detract from its vintage appeal. The frog's construction remains robust, with its pins firmly anchored into the metal base, ensuring it retains its original form and functionality. The patina developed over time adds depth and character to the piece, highlighting the gentle rusting and worn edges that are consistent with a vintage item of this nature. The surface rust is visible but does not compromise the structural integrity, offering a testament to its durability and continued usability. Measuring 4.25 inches in width and depth, and 2.25 inches in height, the flower frog bears a compact yet impactful presence. Its design is both utilitarian and decorative, making it a versatile addition to any collection. The simplicity of its form, coupled with the aged green finish, imbues it with a sense of history and timeless functionality.
