Crafted from ceramic, this vintage elephant low stool showcases a delightful blend of form and function, exuding charm and whimsy. The elephant, depicted in a seated posture, supports a flat, hexagonal top, making it both a decorative piece and a functional seat or stand. The glaze remains vibrant, with a cobalt blue top and intricate decorative elements on the saddle, which features a combination of deep blue and earthy brown hues, adding depth and character. The elephant's body is adorned with a smooth off-white glaze, accentuating the finely detailed features such as the eyes and the textured trunk. The base is a warm, sandy brown, providing a sturdy foundation and contributing to the piece's visual balance. No visible cracks or repairs compromise its structural integrity, while slight surface wear and small glaze imperfections speak to its vintage nature and authenticity. Overall, the stool measures 16 inches in width, 18.26 inches in height, and 7.5 inches in depth, proportions that make it a versatile addition to various settings.
