Description

A vintage sectional sofa crafted from fabric and seagrass, embodying mid-century design elements with a focus on texture and form. The piece features an L-shaped configuration, providing ample seating with its expansive width of 127.75 inches. The upholstery is a vibrant red and orange striped fabric, showcasing age-appropriate fading and minor wear that add character and authenticity to its vintage appeal. Each cushion is plush, maintaining its original shape and offering comfortable seating. The seagrass material envelops the structure with a natural, tactile surface, showing light surface wear commensurate with its age. This element not only contributes to the sofa's structural integrity but also provides a distinctive, organic contrast to the fabric's bold pattern. The sofa’s arms and back are upholstered in a complementary, textural weave, enhancing its visual and tactile appeal. Structurally sound, the sectional displays no visible repairs or significant damage, testifying to its careful use and preservation over time. Its design and materials reflect a period when natural textures were embraced, making it a piece that speaks to both mid-century aesthetics and a contemporary appreciation for sustainable materials.
