Description
Crafted from ceramic, this vintage vase showcases an abstract design defined by its distinctive cutout features and a vibrant, multi-tonal glaze. The form is elongated, tapering elegantly toward the neck, with a series of intentional textural ridges and protrusions that add depth and character. The glaze displays a dynamic interplay of green and yellow hues, flowing organically across the surface, which enhances the handcrafted essence of the piece. The vase's structure is further accentuated by its dual handles, which curve gracefully from the midsection to the neck, providing a balanced aesthetic. The cutouts, strategically placed around the midsection, introduce an element of lightness and intrigue, contrasting with the solid, rounded base. The glaze application is uneven, a deliberate choice that emphasizes the artisanal quality, with no visible cracks or chips detracting from its visual impact. Standing at 14.75 inches tall, the vase is both a testament to skilled craftsmanship and a bold decorative statement. The condition is robust, with no structural concerns, allowing the intricate design and rich glaze to take center stage. This piece exemplifies creative expression in ceramic art, offering a visually captivating addition to any collection.
